    Rui is from Portugal, where he qualified in dentistry in 2006. He studied biology for four years before dentistry. He was working in the private sector in three different practices until relocating to England to join Bupa Dental Care Hereford in 2007. In his spare time, he enjoys walking, running, reading and spend time with his family.

  • Renata Hanarz

    Dentist GDC Reg No. 84975 | Lek Dent Kracow 1989

    Renata is from Krakow, Poland, where she qualified in 1989. She completed several years of dentistry within Poland before moving to England in 2005. She has been with the practice since it opened in 2007. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and most other sporting activities. She also enjoys reading, listening to music and watching movies.

  • Siobhan Hewitt

    Dentist GDC Reg No. 103374 | BDS 2006, Certificate in Restorative Dentistry 2012, C Fast course 2015

    Siobhan qualified from Birmingham University in 2006 and has since worked in NHS and private practices in Hereford, Manchester and London.

    She has taken courses in restorative dentistry and adult orthodontics to allow her to provide cosmetic options for patients wishing to improve their smile. She also enjoys working in general practice and particularly children’s dentistry.

    Outside of work, she enjoys running and gym classes, travel and spending time with her horse.

  • Hannah Craine

    Dentist GDC Reg No. 251128 | BDS UCLan 2014

    Hannah spent four years at the University of Nottingham studying for her first degree in biology and then went to the University of Central Lancashire/ the University of Liverpool to study dentistry. Since then, she has worked in Solihull, Ross on Wye and Hereford; working forenjoys restorative dentistry and has particular interests in endodontics, management of nervous patients and general family dentistry. In her spare time, she likes to travel and enjoys arts and crafts.

  • Reema Aggarwal

    Dentist GDC Reg No. 84561 | BDS (Bangalore 1995), MJDF RCS (England 2009), DipRestDent RCS (England 2012)

    Reema gained a national scholarship to practice medicine and dentistry and graduated in dentistry from Bangalore University in 1995. On graduating, she took up a position in a private practice in Delhi before moving to the UK in 2003.

    Since then, Reema has worked in private practice in Cheltenham and in Wincanton and has devoted most of her spare time to postgraduate study, both in the UK and USA. She gained the MJDF from Royal College of surgeons in 2009

    In 2010 Reema was accepted on the Royal College of Surgeons Postgraduate Diploma course in Restorative Dentistry. This is one of the most Prestigious postgraduate courses in the country and covers every aspect of clinical dentistry. It is an immense achievement to be accepted on the course and to complete the two years of demanding study.

    Reema is currently working hard to complete the Royal College of Surgeons course and graduate with an MSc from Manchester University in Restorative Dentistry, making her an extremely highly qualified and experienced dentist. She also offers support for referring practices. 


  • Nikki Hollins

    Dental Therapist GDC Reg No. 122899 | Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy RCS Eng 2015

    Nikki’s career in dentistry first began in 2001 as a dental nurse. She developed a hidden passion for dentistry and soon realised she wanted to be more hands-on with patients. She went on to become a dually qualified hygiene therapist graduating from Kings College London in 2015. She really enjoys making a difference to help people smile confidently. She has a special interest in treating anxious children and finds it rewarding to gain their trust and improve their confidence. She also loves working within a team.

    In her spare time, she enjoys seeing my friends and family, exercising at the gym, walking with her husband and dogs and enjoys spending time with her wonderful niece and nephews. She loves meeting new people, and loves her job!

  • Kimberley Jones

    Practice Coordinator and Qualified Dental Nurse GDC Reg No. 273378 | Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 QCF City & Guilds 2017

    Kimberley has been at the practice since May 2014 where she started as a receptionist. Since then, she has become a qualified dental nurse and is currently working as practice coordinator. She enjoys running, hill walking and travelling. She also enjoys watching and playing ice hockey, but unfortunately, she doesn’t get to play anymore as she lives too far away from an ice rink.

  • Megan Smith

    Megan started her training at Bupa Dental Care two years ago and is now a qualified dental nurse. In her spare time, she likes shopping and spending time with her boyfriend. She’s also a big foodie and loves experimenting in the kitchen!

    Lucie been a dental nurse for three years and qualified in May 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and socialising with her friends and family.

  • Rebecca Jones

    Dental Nurse/ Receptionist GDC Reg No. 273399 | Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 QCF City & Guilds 2017

    Rebecca been at the practice since March 2016 and completed her training and qualification in 2017. She is often found nursing but can also be found on reception. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, playing guitar and sewing.

  • Susanna Noble

    Susanna has been a dental nurse since 1998 and has worked for Bupa since June 2017. She is in the process of completing her OHE Qualification. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Practice staff

  • Penny Minchin

    Practice Manager GDC Reg No. 126001 | National Certificate NEBDN 1998

    It was in November 2007 when the Hereford first opened its doors to patients and Penny transferred from the Ross on Wye practice to help set up as the lead nurse. In 2008, she progressed to area lead nurse.

    In 2010, Hereford expanded from a five to a seven surgery practice. Penny has completed several post-graduate courses including Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education and the application of fluoride. This has enabled her to run her own nurse-led clinics and focus on the prevention of dental disease. This is a subject which she remains passionate about.

    It was in September 2015 she had the opportunity to become practice manager at Hereford. Management is very different from all the other roles that she has done historically, though she embraces change and is keen to add to her existing skills. It is certainly a challenging role though she loves it and is proud to be able to motivate and watch her team grow and develop, ensuring their patients are at the heart of everything they do.
