Dr Haq graduated from the St Barts and the Royal London school of Medicine and Dentistry in 2003. He was awarded the prestigious Centenary Award at the Dental School’s 100 years celebration for his efforts and achievements while reading Dentistry. After training he gained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has worked as a senior House officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at Derriford hospital, Plymouth, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton and Dunstable hospitals.
Since qualifying he has worked in primary dental care as well as secondary care and he has gained considerable experience in oral surgery and also in maxillofacial surgery. As well as all aspects of General Dentistry, Dr Haq treats mainly Implant and periodontal cases, ranging from complete 'teeth in a day' cases to surgical treatment of gum disease. He has currently placed over 600 implants with a 99% success rate. His treatment ethos is patient-centered and his constant aim is to create or restore normal function and natural beauty.
He currently mentors dentists in the placement of implants around the country, from Brighton to Birmingham, and is an approved mentor with the association of dental implantology (A.D.I) He is currently enrolled on the Tier ii ESP program with BUPA for the treatment of patients with Gum disease.
In his spare time Dr Haq likes spending time with his family, 3D printing, Crypto Mining, and Podcasting as well as powerlifting.
Dr Haq is currently accepting referrals for tooth replacement with implants and treatment of periodontal disease
