  • Dr Julie Comet

    Dentist BDS Lond 1980, LDS RCS Eng 1980 | GDC reg no. 53979

    Julie has extensive experience in general dental practice. Her interests within dentistry are wide ranging, from offering complex restorative, implant and cosmetic care, to prevention and advice.

    She developed her skills in treating children and anxious patients whilst working at Guys Hospital and continues to build on this during her time at the practice supported by regular post-graduate training.

    Julie is also experienced in dealing with dental sports injuries. Her ethos is holistic dental care; the person and their dental expectations, needs and environment are as important as the treatment given.

  • Dr Mohammad Abdel-Hadi

    Dentist BDS London 2010, LDS 2010 | GDC reg no. 194215

    Mohammad qualified in 2010 from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly developing a rapport with patients and working closely with them to address their dental concerns.

    Mohammad previously taught undergraduate dental students at QMUL (Queen Mary University of London) and worked in dental practices in Kent.

    His areas of interest are prevention and prosthodontics and recently started a specialist training programme in Prosthodontics at The Eastman Dental Institute UCL (University College London). He also helps to cross-examine overseas dentists with The Royal College of Surgeons and carry out advisory work for the healthcare regulator.

    In his spare time, Mohammad enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two-year-old daughter as well as keeping up with the latest football results.

  • Dr Jay Robinson

    Dentist BDS Liverpool | GDC 73429

    Jay grew up in Kent and qualified from Liverpool University in 1997. She has experience in both hospital and special needs dentistry and spent 20 years working in general practice in Tunbridge Wells. Jay finds the artistry of dentistry wonderful and enjoys repairing and improving the appearance of teeth using dental composite.

    Jay enjoys working with patients to achieve their dental aspirations and prides herself on helping even the most anxious patients successfully go through procedures that they find difficult. She enjoys getting to know her patients and finds looking after children and infants particularly delightful as she has a young son.

  • Dr Lindsay Shaw

    Specialist Orthodontist BDS Bristol 1995, FDS RCS ENG 1998 Morth 2002, MSC London 2001|GDC reg no. 70536

    Lindsey studied dentistry at Bristol University and graduated in 1995. She then spent two years working in general dental practice in the Midlands and the South West gaining valuable experience within all disciplines of general dental care.

    Lindsey then returned to Bristol and spent two years working in hospital posts. These included specialist posts within restorative dentistry, child dental health and oral and maxillofacial surgery. During this time, she gained the Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

    In 1999-2002, she undertook her specialist training in orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, gaining a Masters of Science degree and the Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. This enabled her to become registered as an orthodontist with the General Dental Council.

    Lindsey has been an associate with Total Orthodontics since 2002 and works in our Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Cranbrook practices. She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society, British Lingual Orthodontic Society and the Tunbridge Wells Orthodontic Study Group. She also occasionally teaches and lectures to postgraduate students.

    Lindsey is fully trained in Adult and Teen Invisalign appliances as well as lingual appliances too.

Hygienists

  • Sally Conmy

    Hygienist Dip Dent Hygiene (Lond 2003) | GDC reg no. 6271

    Sally qualified from Guys and Kings Dental School in 2003 and joined the practice in 2004. She is passionate about maintaining oral health and involving her patients in the prevention of disease. She loves to encourage and help her patients in self-care techniques.

  • Elizabeth Moss

    Hygienist CEB Dip Dent Hygiene 1995 | GDC reg no. 4951

    Liz qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1995 at Cardiff University Medical School gaining a first clinical prize and joined the Cranbrook team in 2013. Liz has previously worked in hospitals and private practices. She is a hygienist at the practice and also has experience in non-surgical periodontal therapy.
