Whiten your teeth at home in just three steps:
1) Book a check-up
To make sure your teeth and gums are suitable for the whitening treatment, you’ll need to have a check-up with us first. If everything’s in good shape, we’ll take impressions of your teeth so we can make the custom-made trays which are an essential part of the treatment.
Use the search box below to find your local participating practice and book an appointment:
2) We’ll create made-to-measure mouth trays
If everything looks OK after your check-up, we’ll take impressions of your teeth so we can make the custom-made trays which are an essential part of your treatment. Then, once they’re ready, we’ll make a second appointment for you, during which your dentist will make sure the trays fit correctly and show you how to use them and the whitening gels.
3) Now you can whiten your teeth at home
Then it’s over to you. Your dentist will advise you how long to treat your teeth for each day - from just a few hours to overnight, depending on the whiteness you’re after - and you’ll achieve your whitest healthiest smile.
After your treatment
You may notice some sensitivity to hot or cold food and drink after having this treatment. Don't worry - it’s common and isn’t usually a concern, but should it continue or become painful, please contact your local dental practice and they’ll be happy to help.
So why put it off?
