Each of our practices receives an annual independent audit to ensure that we are always clinically compliant. As part of our clinical governance, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) also inspects our practices to ensure we meet their standards. We're 100% compliant with the Care Quality Commission and following recent CQC inspections, we are proud to provide our patients with industry leading levels of compliance in our practices.

To ensure our level of care is always at its best, we regularly ask our patients for feedback. Every month, approximately 2,000 patients are surveyed, and as a result we know that between 95% and 98% say they'd recommend us to a friend. Our patients feel included in decisions regarding their care and think their treatment was of good quality.
