Private Patient FAQs
Important news your dental practice will soon be part of Bupa
We want to share with you the news that Bupa has recently bought all of our dental practices; this means that your local practice will soon be rebranded to Bupa Dental Care.
What this means for you
1. You can visit us as a private patient
As before, we’re open to both private and NHS patients, so you can continue to visit us as normal, without being a Bupa member.
2. You don’t need Bupa insurance
Without the need to have Bupa health or dental insurance, you’re free to choose how you access your dental care. You can even pay as you go. Plus, normal prices still apply.
3. You’ll see the same dentist
Our practice team won’t change either, so you’ll see the same friendly faces.
Changes to look out for
Other than the changes to your practice’s appearance, we hope that you will soon start to see the benefit of a combined wealth of expertise and experience from a company without any shareholders. This is something we’re really excited about and hope you are too.
