As Director of Clinical Services Pat is responsible for providing strong clinical leadership and direction to the clinical team, and valuable input and advice to the operations team. Pat developed the Oasis Clinical Governance Policy, which covers the seven pillars of Clinical Governance, i.e. what you have to do to comply; how you involve all members of the dental team; and what the benefits are to the patients and the practice. Clinical Governance is managed at Oasis by a team of Cluster Clinical Directors (CCDs) and Regional Dental Directors (RDDs), together with a Director of Restorative Dentistry and Director of Radiology.
Professionals Complementary to Dentistry are equally important to Oasis, and Pat is responsible for a team of Lead Hygienists and the Dental Nurse Representatives to ensure compliance with the latest legislation and requirements, and to provide an appropriate forum for input.
